YOU ARE ADVISED TO PRINT AND RETAIN THEM FOR YOUR RECORDS.

When making a purchase from TSM Pet Supplies, it is acknowledged that you accept the following Terms and Conditions.Your statutory rights are not affected. 

We shall sell to you and you shall purchase only those Goods which you have set out in an Order and which has been accepted by us. We reserve the right to reject any Order. Each such sale of Goods will be subject to these Conditions.

No Order submitted by you shall be deemed to be accepted by us unless and until confirmed by e-mail or in writing by us.

No variation to these Conditions shall be binding upon us unless and until agreed by e-mail or in writing by us.

Any advice or recommendation given on this web site or otherwise given by us as to the storage, application or use of the Goods is followed or acted upon entirely at your own risk, and accordingly we shall not be liable for any such advice or recommendation.

Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission on any page of this web site or in any sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by us shall be subject to correction without any liability on our part.

The quantity, quality and description of the Goods will be those set out in your Order. In the case of live insects the quantity and size are approximate.

Orders are accepted at our sole discretion but are normally accepted if the Goods are available, the order reflects current pricing.

TSM Pet Supplies are entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the Goods appearing on our website.

You shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the terms of any Order submitted by you, and for giving us any necessary information relating to the Goods within a sufficient time to enable us to make any necessary amendments prior to dispatch of the goods.

The quantity, quality and description of and any specification for the Goods shall be those set out in the relevant pages of this site.

We reserve the right to make any changes in the specification of the Goods.

The price of the Goods shall be the price set out on the relevant page of this site. We reserve the right to change the prices set out on this site provided that if we accept an order from you the price for the goods will be the price set out in the relevant range at the time the order is placed.

In addition to the price of the Goods you will be liable to pay our charges for transport, packaging and insurance where relevant and agreed by both parties.

The total price is inclusive of any applicable value added tax at the current rate of 20%.

Terms of payment and refunds:

Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been made if full.

Orders can also be telephoned through to us where most forms of credit card payments are accepted, a surcharge of £2 will be added on all orders under the value of £25. This is to cover bank expenses placed upon us and the use of terminals.

This surcharge is wavered on all orders over £25.00

Upon providing us with details of the Payment Card and or submitting an ecommerce Order you :

Confirm and undertake that the information contained within the Order is true and accurate and that you are duly authorised to use the Payment Card; and

Authorise us to deduct from the Payment Card account the full price of the Goods and all other payments which may become due to us under the Contract.

If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the Goods from your account prior to delivery of the Goods to you, we can cancel the Order or suspend any further deliveries to you. This does not affect any other rights we may have.

We will take all reasonable care to keep all information connected with your order secure but we cannot be held liable for any loss that you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any data, including credit and account details you provide when accessing or ordering from this Web Site, unless this is solely due to our negligence.

Refunds will only be given at our discretion.

A £2.50 fee will be retained on ALL refunds to cover costs of credit / debit card transactions.

Delivery costs are that shown on the website, we reserve the right to change these prices at any time and you will be notified accordingly.

Orders are dispatched between Monday and Friday, except Bank Holiday's where there is no shipping of anything.

Orders containing frozen food will only be dispatched on a Tuesday OR Wednesday for delivery the following day.

Your delivery day will be shown at point of check-out and on your invoice.

Delivery of the Goods shall be made by us or our carrier to the address for delivery shown in the Order Form. It is important that this address is accurate. 

MAKE SURE SOMEONE IS HOME TO SIGN FOR YOUR DELIVERY. The courier driver will try your door once to deliver, IF you fail to answer they will try a neighbour OR take your goods back to the depot. for re delivery the following day.

On the delivery day the courier will notify you via text message or email of your delivery time. Within this message is an option for you to have the goods delivered to an alternative address or left safe. Please follow the couriers instructions within the message.

We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the Goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.

Always accept your parcel, PLEASE do not try to open package with courier driver present, as they are employed to deliver the item. Take receipt of your parcel and if there is a problem with the contents then please contact us straight away.

DO NOT REFUSE to take the parcel, unless we have instructed you in writing. IF you refuse to take delivery of the parcel a £12.99 return cost will be applied or deducted to any refund given.

Orders will be sent via Royal Mail or an overnight courier service in most cases, any additional cost in these services or insurance of goods other than that stated on our website will be agreed at time of confirmation of order.

TSM Pet Supplies reserve the right to delay postage of goods in the extreme of weather conditions. You will be notified at the earliest convenient time.

TSM Pet Supplies cannot be held responsible for any delay in you receiving the goods due to circumstances out of our control with the delivery company.

We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage of goods during transit with an outside delivery company, i.e. Royal mail or other courier company. Should such problem arise then you will need to deal with the delivery company direct or, if you wrongfully fail to take delivery of the Goods, the time when we or our carrier has tendered delivery of the Goods.

In the unlikely event that a product needs to be returned, this will be done so at your expense. The return cost will not be refunded by TSM Pet Supplies, unless prior agreed with by us in writing.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full credit or exchange the product for another one. You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it. This must arrive back in its original packaging and a suitably frozen state if food.

IF it is a food item that you are not satisfied with, we must also be made aware in writing by email on the day of delivery.

In the unlikely event that a product needs to be returned, this will be done so at your expense. The return cost will not be refunded by TSM Pet Supplies, unless prior agreed with by us in writing.

All prices are subject to change without notice, although should there be any unforeseen change in prices we will notify you prior to dispatch.

All delivery costs are shown on our DELIVERY PAGE unless otherwise agreed by use in writing.

Dry goods will be sent by Royal Mail or overnight courier service; cost will depend on weight and will be given to you at the time of confirmation of your order.

• All our products are shipped from our premises direct to your door! We use various courier companies and Royal Mail, they are very good and your products are in safe hands.

• All frozen food is sent out in poly boxes with ice packs.

• All non-frozen goods will be packaged in appropriate packaging for the journey.

• All non-frozen goods can be shipped to anywhere in the mainland UK (Except Scottish Highlands (Postal codes for Highlands shown below)) for the price given within the ‘checkout’ in the website.

• All non-frozen goods to be delivered to Scottish Highlands, Ireland and other offshore areas, please call for price: Tel: 07525354667.

• All frozen food can be shipped to anywhere in the mainland UK (Except Scottish Highlands(Postal codes for Highlands shown below)) for the price given within the ‘checkout’ in the website.

• All frozen food to be delivered to Scottish Highlands, Ireland and other off shore areas, please call for price: Tel: 07525354667.

• ALL orders must be checked externally prior to signing for them and ANY order that has arrived damaged MUST be noted on the couriers delivery system and TSM Pet Supplies notified immediately by email or telephone.

• For all FROZEN orders please make sure someone is home on the expected delivery day to take delivery and sign for your order. We do NOT accept any responsibility for you failing to take receipt of your order.

  

PLEASE BEAR IN MIND WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER,

- ALL ORDERS MUST BE SIGNED FOR UPON ARRIVAL.

- CHECKED FOR DAMAGE

- IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR ORDER BY 16:00 HRS (4pm) ON YOUR EXPECTED DELIVERY DAY, PLEASE CALL US SO THAT WE CAN CHASE ITS WHEREABOUTS WITH THE COURIER COMPANY.

Should your order not arrive in a satisfactory condition, please make a note when signing for your goods with the courier driver.

TSM must be contacted immediately on the same day as delivery, either by telephone or email.

Please keep the goods, do not dispose of unless agreed with by TSM in writing.

Photo or Video of the damage or spoilt goods will be required and a copy emailed to TSM.

Photo's shown are of the actual animal. We encourage you to contact us for further photo's or a video call to view to see the animal more closely before purchase.

Please make sure you have researched the animal and are 100% sure of the animal and its captive care. Again you can speak with us for guidance and suitability.

In purchasing an animal from us you acknowledge that you are able to care for the animal and have the correct equipment to house and look after the animal.

We have the right to refuse sale of any animal, if we feel you are unable to care for the animal correctly.

Viewing of animals is via our website and or video call.

Once purchased you can collect from us at an agreed date/time. Or we can organise shipment of your animal via a DEFRA registered animal courier (There is a further cost for this as shown on the website) Alternative you can arrange your own courier to collect from us.

All animals leave us at a suitable age after weaning / feeding for themselves and in visibly healthy condition.

We guarantee live arrival of our animals when shipped via our courier. However we cannot be held responsible for any loss once the animal has left our care, after you have collected or after your courier has collected on your behalf.

In the event of there being a problem when you receive your animal, we must be contacted immediately and on the delivery day.

1.1 It is not necessary to register with us in order to use most parts of this website. However, particular areas of this website will only be accessible only if you have registered.

1.2 This website may be used for your own private purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions.

1.3 You may print and download material from this website provided that you do not modify or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.

1.4 All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this website is operational all day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.

1.5 Where possible we always try to give advance warning of maintenance issues that may result in website down time but we shall not be obliged to provide such notice.

1.6 Any material that a visitor to this website sends or posts to this website shall be considered non-proprietary and non confidential. We shall be entitled to copy, disclose, distribute or use for such other purpose as we deem appropriate all material provided to us, with the exception of personal information, the use of which is covered under our Privacy Policy.
