Cut off for next day delivery is 13:00 - any orders made after this time will be shipped with the next day's batch.

For all deliveries please make sure someone is home to accept and sign for your delivery. If you are not home to receive your delivery you will not be issued a refund.

For courier deliveries: IF you have not received your delivery by 14:00hrs on your expected delivery day, then please TELEPHONE us on 07525354667  before 15:00 of that day so we have time to chase and sort for you. We will not issue refunds to customers who do not contact us before 15:00.
